Outside its cultural programmes, Aktionsforum Praterinsel offers the
Füllhalle (Bottling Hall),
the Orangerie,
the Zollgewölbe (Bonded Vault),
Wurzelkeller (Root cellar)
and the Court Yard
for closed, private functions, events, presentations, press conferences,
photo and film productions, banquets and whatever function you can imagine.

How do we proceed with the renting:
- We agree on the availability of dates you require: phone +49 89

- You then confirm the required rental period by fax to +49 89 29160876
- We confirm your option in writing, which has to be renewed after
a period of 30 days.
- The option becomes an effective booking following the counter-signing
of the rental agreement.
Rent 
You will rent the relevant facilities for a whole day, i.e. for 24
hours. The setting up and dismantling days will be calculated proportionally,
as we will be able to use these facilities for other purposes during
that time. You have the possibility of renting our infrastructure or
components, but you are free in the choice of your service providers
and technical equipment.

Details and specific data 
- Cleaning
- Not included in the price of rent is the compulsory final cleaning
carried out by our professional cleaning firm. In normal use of the
facilities, add 10% of a one day´s rent. Intermediate cleaning required
(for example after the setting up) and/or personnel can be organised
as for as requested in advance.
- Final Invoice
- Possible additional costs for the organisation (such as cleaning,
hiring of chairs belonging to the island) will be invoiced within
a few weeks following the event.
- Catering
- There is no obligation to contract any specific supplier.
You will make your own arrangements for the catering with a service
organisation of your choise. On the other hand, you are welcome to
receive our assistance in the arrangements of catering, decor, stage
and technical equipment and / or in the search of a full-service-providing
professional agent for your respective event.
- Parking
- Parking spaces are not available on the island itself.
Upon prior request, vehicles can have access to the Inner Court Yard
for the setting up and dismantling, but cannot park there.
- Electricity
- A base rate of up to 50 KW to the maximum is included in
the rent. In the event of higher consumption of electricity, you are
advised to use either a Diesel-aggregate or a time meter provided
by the Munich Electricity Board.
